We will explore your values, beliefs, and life purpose, fostering a sense of inner peace within you and faith in the Universe. I will guide you to apply spiritual principles into your daily life with courage, confidence and joy!

We will examine various types of relationships, with a focus on how you can listen, learn and communicate more clearly within them. Developing empathy for yourself, others and a deeper respect for all beings in your life.

A Session together...

During our sessions, we will:

  • Practice listening to your inner guidance through body awareness and mindfulness;​

  • Explore what is arising for you; whether a thought, an emotion, a sensation or a curiosity;

  • ​Reflect and clarify to make sure you feel heard and understood;

  • Discover the unconscious beliefs and patterns below the surface;

  • Practice being curious about whatever comes to our attention;

  • Offer opportunities to witness yourself with compassion;

  • Process emotions and memories that arise, at your own pace and comfort level;

  • Learn about psychological processes and emotional management;

  • Collaborate to apply more life affirming beliefs and systems to your life;

  • Create actionable steps to integrate what has been discovered;

  • Do all of this with utmost care and consideration for your capacity and wellbeing.
